去全聯買菜時剛好看到牠被綁在全聯外面
在店內外觀察了20分，沒有人去領牠
猜測可能是被棄養
請問有人可以安置牠嗎？
因家裡有貓無法帶回家安置牠
牠看起來一直在找主人看起來很可憐
地點在北區 中清跟太原路這邊的全聯
